TS302 - 30 OPP Binding Band is a type of hot-melt adhesive tape characterized by its hot-viscous properties. Constructed from either OPP or PET materials, it features a single-sided coating of hot-melt adhesive. This tape remains non-adhesive at room temperature but exhibits exceptional thermal bonding strength when subjected to high heat. Depending on the base material used, it can be categorized as either OPP tape or PET tape. Ideally suited for semi-automatic and automatic strapping machines, binding machines, and packaging equipment, it is widely used for securing items such as money, gift boxes, books, suspenders, and data cables.
To initiate the machine operation, the first step involves inspecting the appearance of the OPP strap from the preceding stages of printing and lamination. This inspection includes assessing the hardness and surface smoothness of the OPP strap to ensure it meets the criteria for slicing.
